Where It All Began

In February 2022, we opened the doors to our first location in Rockville, Maryland with a simple yet ambitious mission: to redefine what Korean BBQ could be. We believed that authentic Korean cuisine deserved to be both approachable and elevated—a place where quality, service, and atmosphere came together to create something truly special.

What started as a single location has grown into a beloved destination across the DMV. Today, Chadol Korean BBQ proudly serves the communities of Rockville and Washington, DC, with a third location opening in Columbia, Maryland in January 2025.

Our Duroc pork represents the top 2% of pork with superior color and freshness.

Quality doesn’t happen by accident. We bypass traditional wholesalers and work directly with premium distributors to ensure every cut meets our standards. Our team personally oversees the selection process, traveling regularly to source the finest meats available.
